KEMONO KOSHIEN Registration Info

1. On-site Registration

• One-Day Pass: NT$600｜Two-Day Pass: NT$1,200
• Sales Period: December 5, 2025, 21:00 – December 25, 2025, 23:59
• No on-site ticket sales. Please be sure to purchase in advance.
• Spectators may enter 30 minutes before each game begins.
• Tickets are issued as QR e-tickets and allow single entry only.
• A Kemono Koshien account registration is required prior to purchase.
• This ticket grants access to the “Full Count Challenge” activity, but does not include prize-claiming eligibility.

2. Participant Badge & Souvenir Collection

• Participant Badge:
  Badges will be distributed upon entry. Early collection is not available. To collect your badge, please present a valid form of identification and provide your registration number (as stated in your confirmation email) for verification. After receiving your badge, follow staff instructions to enter the venue.

3. Important Notes on Registration

1. After completing registration, you will receive a “Registration Confirmation Email.”
   If you do not receive this email, contact the organizer immediately.
   (If no email is received and you fail to contact the organizer, which leads to issues during check-in, the organizer will not be held responsible.)
2. By registering, you agree to all event rules and terms. Violation of the guidelines, and refusal to comply after a warning, may result in disqualification without refund.
3. If you need to edit your registration information, please log in to the registration system and make changes before the registration deadline.
4. To cancel your registration, please contact the organizer via email before the registration deadline.
   A 10% handling fee and an NT$15 bank transfer fee will be deducted from your refund.
   No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after 00:00 on October 25.

4. Absentees

• If you cannot attend, another attendee may pick up your badge and souvenir on your behalf starting from 13:00 on December 27, 2025 (Saturday).
  They must complete a Letter of Authorization. Note: badges collected by a proxy may not be used to attend the event.

• If no proxy collection is possible, please complete the designated form within one week after the event (by 23:59 on January 4, 2026), and we will mail the souvenir to you. Shipping fees will be the participant’s responsibility. Items will be sent via Chunghwa Post Convenience Box.

5. Rules for Fursuiters and Attendees

1. You are free to interact with fursuiters within the event area. However, please be respectful and refrain from inappropriate physical gestures or verbal harassment. Violators may be asked to leave by the organizer.
2. Due to limited vision for fursuiters, do not touch, bump into, or hug a fursuiter from behind without prior communication.
3. Always notify fursuiters before taking photos. After taking pictures, kindly inform them that you’re done and thank them, to avoid them unknowingly holding a pose.
4. If you see a fursuiter struggling or falling, please offer appropriate assistance.
5. Attendees and fursuiters should avoid wearing attire or accessories inappropriate for public spaces or potentially offensive to others.
6. All participants must avoid revealing private body parts or wearing sexually suggestive costumes. Offenders will be asked to remove such items, and serious violators may be expelled without a refund.
7. If a fursuiter has a wardrobe malfunction (e.g., exposed areas), please discreetly inform them.
8. If you feel unwell, prioritize your health: remove your fursuit, take a break, and seek help from staff or nearby individuals.
9. When taking photos/videos, avoid capturing others unintentionally. If others appear in the footage, please edit or blur them to protect their privacy.
10. Any video or photo taken at the event is strictly for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

6. Personal Data Usage Statement

By registering, participants consent and authorize the organizer to collect, process, and use their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, for purposes related to event safety and management only. Collected data will be used solely for registration, notifications, insurance, access control, and event-related operations and will not be used for any unrelated purposes.

7. Event Modification Rights

The organizer reserves the right to adjust, amend, or change the event rules and content at any time. All announcements and final decisions by the organizer shall prevail. Participants may not dispute these decisions.
